Leadership and Self Understanding Workshop
Sunita Foundation has once again extended its support to survivor-led transformation by organizing a 3-day residential workshop for the Survivors’ Empowerment Group. This impactful event combined leadership development with self-understanding activities, creating a safe space for survivors to grow, connect, and reclaim their voices.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in role plays and real-life scenarios, equipping themselves with the skills to speak up for their rights, access local government services, and advocate for meaningful change. Creative exercises using art allowed them to explore their self-identity, reflect on love and care, and build personal confidence.
By the end of the program, participants shared a deep sense of self-worth and empowerment, leaving with renewed determination to lead, advocate, and embrace their journeys as changemakers.
